Hi Kelsey,
Would it be possible to bring your own laptop for the presentation?
This way you will be able to   use the assistive technology set-up
that you are most comfortable with. Many sighted presenters I know
request to use their own laptops to give talks even when there is
already a computer in the room, so I believe that this is fairly
common practice. Just a thought!
