[nabs-l] aol instant messenger

Hi all,

As others have said, the latest version of AIM is unfortunately not
accessible at all with JAWS. Although very few people use AIM these
days, I did use AIM 7 to access Gchat on a regular basis so was
frustrated when AOL blocked all older versions of the software. If
anyone has suggestions for other accessible instant messengers that
can integrate with Gchat I would most appreciate it. I have been using
the instant messenger on my Braille Note Apex, which is not very
reliable. Thanks!
