[nabs-l] clarification of advertisement

Amy and All,
Tell-Me used to be a 1800 number which was free, and meant you could check it whenever you wanted without the call being charged. I've looked up the area code that it is now, and it is NOT a free code. I just thought I'd let everyone know, and suggest that it should be used in moderation.
