[nabs-l] Windows 10 Computer Stuck on Lock Screen?

Thanks. Keyboard help hadn't worked but after giving it about a half hour and trying to start it again, I was able to alt-tab to the password field. I am still curious if anyone else has had a similar problem of complete freezing and if they were able to find a quicker, more timely fix.
