Hi Sami and Vejas,

I forgot to mention that in my email. If you are planning to set up
your Apex's built in email client with your account, which is probably
a good idea, you will of course need to change the server setting on
the computer first. If it's in Imap, that is, you'll want to switch it
to pop. There is an abundance of information for setting up the email
client itself. You have to go into either settings or options. I don't
remember which is on the Apex, but it will be in the email menu, which
starts with "write an email". I believe it's the last thing in that
list. After pressing enter on options or settings, whichever it is,
you will eventually find something that says "directory of email
accounts". Pressing enter on this will lead you to some more options,
one of which will be "add an account". Press enter on this, and then
enter the relevant information. You do have to enter your email
address twice. There are a couple of specific entries for the pop and
smtp things. I don't remember what they are, as I have not used an
Apex in that capacity for over two years. You will have to enter two
numbers as well. The first one is 995 and the second one is 465.

I'm also not sure if Google has kicked pop servers out, since they are
less secure. I ran into this obstacle at one point, which is partially
why I changed devices. If this happens, contact Humanware. They can
fix that in updates, as they have done before. I hope this helps!
