I'm not currently in college, but I bought myself a braille note
touch. I don't use the touch screen, but the keyboard built into the
touches case. I really enjoy my touch. I heard a demonstration of
the polaris and wasn't all that impressed with the unit. I personally
think the hims notetakers have way to many buttons. I also thought
the voice that the polaris used was terrible I could hardly understand
what the device was saying. I can check my email, do skype and
youtube on my touch very easily. I haven't tried the kindle app yet,
but will do that soon. I've got about 7 gigs worth of .mobi files
that I'd like to have something to read them on without having to
convert them to another format. I'm very happy with my touch.<div
