My apex is over six years old and is showing signs of age. I use it quite extensively. But, as I stated before, finances are a huge issue at the moment.

Thank you for an informative thread. I am looking to transition my Braille device as well. I have Apex that is about 4 years old and have been considering BN touch but Polaris sounds great!

Does anyone know what languages are supported specifically on these devices (i.e., BN Touch and Polaris)?
Also, how is Hims' tech support in the U.S.?
