Hi there Vejas,

At my particular school, I receive info about events via email and text message. I signed up for alerts with my school’s office of student life, and most schools should have a similar office you can visit to find out about activities happening around campus. You can also find out about clubs and such on school websites, and there usually are calendars on the websites somewhere that will talk about upcoming events. Definitely get in touch with your schools campus life/Student Life/SGA/similar office to find out about things happening.

The Maryland Association of Blind Students knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind students because low expectations create obstacles between blind students and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
