Dear All, I was reading a book on the Victor reader app on my BN Touch when the thumb-keys suddenly stopped working. The cursor buttons no longer work either. I tried powering down the unit to no effect. If anyone has a fix for this, PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance. Best, Sophie Sent from my iPhone
