[nabs-l] Help with unresponsive iPhone!

Thanks, all, for the responses! Unfortunately, I've tried to implement them all, and none of them has solved the problem. The only thing I'm not sure about is "Recovery Mode," which Taylor suggested but which I'm not sure how to enter. Any additional info or ideas would be so appreciated!
