[NABS-L] Accessible PDF Converter Apps:

KNFB Reader for windows also works great if you have a PDF that is an
image. Personally, if a PDF is not an image, I open them up in Microsoft
Word which automatically converts them into docs, then save it from
there. Beyond that, most web browsers will open them up no problem.
