[NABS-L] Proof of Purchase

Chris,
I work in a DSS office doing textbooks. It is required to purchase the book. A DSS Office is giving you access to the book in an alternative format, so you have to own the book to get that access.
Just as other students have to rent/purchase a book, a student with a disability must do the same.
