[NABS-L] Vocational Rehabilitation and AIRA

Hi,
I'm trying to convince my VR counselor to fund the unlimited plan for AIRA. I've sent a letter, and they have to check if my request fits the Rehabilitation Services Administration Standards. Do you know what the standards are, or how to easily find them? Because it would be good to know what they are, to make sure that this isn't just a bureaucratic excuse that they always say!
