[NABS-L] Question about Pages and Files App

Hi,
Hope everyone's semester is going well.
I have just been getting the hang of using Pages more, after having normally used Keyword on the Braillenote or Microsoft Word on the computer. I have an Iphone 6 and was told that in order to name a blank document, I would  an app called Files.
While I find the app to be easily accessible, I can never find it on my home screen and have had to search for it using the App store. It appears that this app keeps disappearing from my phone because often instead of "open", to get into Files I get "re-download." I have already had to re-download it 3 times this morning. It doesn't take that long but I don't know why it doesn't appear to be staying on my phone, as other apps are. Has anyone else had this problem?
