[NABS-L] AP Physics textbook

Have you contacted your state agency to see if they can have it brailled? They would need a print book to take apart and scan.
You could also obtain a copy from bookshare to use for text readings. It wouldn’t have the diagrams, but it might help while you are in search of a Braille copy.
