[NABS-L] BrailleSense Stopped Working

Hey,
I am now having a problem with the BrailleSense Polaris. This morning, I was in terminal mode. I locked the screen. I was connected to my iPhone. Later on, it stopped working. I did everything that I can from taking the battery out and stuff. Also, I cleaned the BrailleSense with wipes. When I turned it on again, some keys stopped working. I couldn't enter my password that I set up with my BrailleSense. What should I do now. Right now, I just keep turning it on and off and it's not going anywhere. For example, it says, "1 new message."
