Those keystrokes are Excel keystrokes so they should work with any screen
reader, or even if one is just using Excel visually.

Hello.

If you mean switching between two spreadsheets in a specific workbook, try
control and PageUp or PageDown while using JAWS.  I am not sure about NVDA.
