I’ve been there and done that many times. I would first start by speaking with the head of the department. If that doesn’t work you might want to try an ethics complaint. Let me know if you need further assistance and I’d be glad to help…

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

I have been spending most of my time trying to figure out how to deal with this situation. So far nothing I have tried has worked. My professor is rather argumentative and uncooperative. And it does not appear as though having someone from the disabilities office talk with her has done anything to improve this situation.

I am honestly not quite sure what to do next. But it is possible I may need to file complaints against my professor and possibly my college. So I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who would be interested and willing to help me in regards to this situation.
