Hi all!
You might want to try calling Iree who gives free tech support to new users. I’m still in the prosess of getting one through the Oregon Commission for the Blind so I haven’t recieved mine yet.

Hi,
Has anyone on the listserve experienced a problem with BrailleSense Polaris where the braille display shows HIMS and does not boot?
I recently got the unit - about 10 days ago - and it has been great, except since last night, it is stuck on HIMS.
I have tried taking out my battery and putting it back in but was not able to resolve the issue.
If you have any suggestion, I'd like to know.
