[NABS-L] NABS-L Digest, Vol 152, Issue 8

If you're going to request that we do a survey, perhaps consider 
starting a new thread and explaining what it's about rather than just 
telling us it "helps the blind."
This doesn't seem to help anyone but the person needing it, and that's 
fine, but do preface this if you want to get more information. Most 
importantly, where is this information going, what is it doing/how is it 
being used, etc.
