[NABS-L] Chinese braille typing

Hi Amy,

I use JAWS and Voice Over to do things in English and Thai. For JAWS,
I had to download the Thai voice from Vocalizer. Last time I checked,
the latest edition of Vocalizer did have a Mandarin voice along with
other Chinese voices.
