[NABS-L] National convention

I understand that there are a lot of people who want convention to go
forward in a virtual way but many of you make it seem like it is so easy to
setup and execute. It would take a lot of manpower, a lot of money, and
with a little less than 3 months, I am not sure if that is possible.
