[NABS-L] Accessibility of Google Play books on iPhone

Hi, 
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the holidays. 
I start my second semester of graduate school next semester. One of my books is not available on Bookshare, NLS, Apple Books, VitalSource or Kindle, but is available as a Google Play ebook. A few years ago there was a discussion about Google Play not being the most accessible, but I was wondering if it has improved at all since then?
