Hey all!

Some of you know that I run a blog called The Blind Advocate Network. I am wondering on what logo makers are accessible to create my logo. My current logo is a picture of me, but I want a custom logo, with text in the logo. Are there any accessible websites where I can create a logo? Also, are there any windows programs that are accessible where you can create a logo?
