[NABS-L] Going to one of the training centers for a short time

Hi all. I was wondering has anybody on this list gone to any of our training centers for a short term training in order to revitalize a few skills? If you have, what are the pros and cons to that and is it worth it? I am thinking of doing that myself even though I have gone through the nine month program five years ago. Thanks.
