I am almost done with Leadership and Organizational Behavior for the 
summer. We used the following book:

The Practice of Adaptive Leadership

Heifetz, R. A., Grashow, A., & Linsky, M. (2009). The practice of adaptive 
leadership: Tools and tactics for changing your organization and the 
world.
This book gives you the tools to resolve your problems and challenges and 
think of them in a different way.
