     I am glad you came to this platform to seek contacts about this. I am
myself a blind student and am heavily involved with marching band and the
performwence arts in general. I have 6 years of marching band under my belt
and have done both highschool and college. I would be more than happy to
speak to this student and family about the activity and going about
