I just wanted to bring this interesting fellowship to the attention of
those of you interested in information technology careers.

For college students who aspire to a technology career that makes a
difference in the world, this two-year Fellowship, funded by the U.S.
Department of State, is an opportunity of a lifetime. At the end of the
fellowship, winners receive an appointment to a posting abroad with the
