[NABS-L] Research articles with JAWS

Hey Amy,

I second what Jen wrote. For skimming, it's not perfect, but I use
control + down arrow. This reads paragraph by paragraph, and I just move
onto the next paragraph when I think I've heard enough of the previous one.
