There is a link specifically for instructors etc for Blackboard. The link I sent you is specifically for BB Collaborate but there is a whole section on BlackBoard specifically as well.

Hello,

I just have a quick question about blackboard. I have a lot of professors this semester who don’t know how to put alt text on the images on their quizzes/exams. Does anyone know how to do this so I can communicate that with them? If not, does anyone know who I can refer them to so they can learn how to do this? Also, let me know if I’m crazy or not. This is a reasonable accommodation to ask for, right? If you are a blackboard user, feel free to let me know how you navigate around the challenge of images on blackboard assignments.
