Hey there, hope you had a good convention week. I’ve been on a number of auction items and was the winner, and when trying to pay the invoice I didn’t see a place to enter credit card information. I clicked how do I pay, and it suggests that the organizer will reach out to me directly. Just wanted to let you know that I got that message. Will look forward to hearing from you soon.

>> I’m here to give you the latest standings on the Michigan affiliate’s wonderful fundraiser, “Summer of Tech.” Today is the final day to bid and participate in claiming one of our hot tech items. At 9pm this evening, 15 different items will belong to some people that had the love, hope, and determination to make sure the NFB of Michigan can continue to fund some programs and initiatives that improves the lives of the blind. Right now, the auction has raised over $1900, which is about 76% of our funding goal. I am sure we can reach the $2500 threshold with all of your help. Don’t forget the share and feel free to participate, you just may luck up and win. Remember, all participants and winners will get a free hug from Robert and a wonderful chicken dinner using the Air Fryer from the auction (I want that one!).

>> This online contest , held on the 32 Auctions platform, is an accessible, straight-forward way of being able to showcase to the entire nation the generous donations that our affiliate received over the past few months. We have something for everyone’s tastes, both low-tech and hi-tech, with comparable prices that make you feel that you are seriously at a convention. We also have some items that are not technology based, just in case you’re not into that kind of thing. Some of our donated items include

>> SMART Televisions
>> Apple iPad
>> Apple Air Pods Pro
>> Bluetooth Headsets
>> Bluetooth-Capable Air Fryers
>> Assistive Tech Training Sessions
>> Women’s Spa Baskets

>> So please, join us in bidding by clicking the link and registering for the 32 Auctions platform. The rules are simple in that each of the items has a starting bid price and will indicate, as the bids come in, where the item’s price currently stands. Remember, keep checking on your item during the next week to assure that you will have a chance to win and can outbid your opponents. When bidding closes at 9pm on July 10, you will receive an alert if you won the item and then will be prompted for payment and shipping. If you have any questions about this bidding process, feel free to reach out to me at Robert.E.Parsons at wmich.edu. Happy bidding and may the odds ever be in your favor.
