I wish our organization did, with the way they laid out the links and headings, everything in our system it is very inaccessible. I can't even use it even the back-end for my role. ☹

Hi, I'd say Moodle is very screen reader friendly. Everything's labelled correctly and stuff. It also depends on how the teacher sets it up.
