[NABS-L] Blackboard accessibility?

 Hello Everyone,
I'm exploring the idea of doing a Masters at a particular university.
It is online and they use Blackboard to deliver "lectures and slides,
in realtime." How accessible is Blackboard? I use a PC, running
Windows 10, if that helps. I've heard positive things about Apple
products but what about Windows computers?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
