[NABS-L] Making an Accessible Digital Newspaper

Hello all,
I am in my senior year of high school and am currently working on a project
for my economics class.
The project is an article that has to be in newspaper form.
Any idea on how I can make that accessible so that I can work ith it?
I use Microsoft Word, along with both JAWS and NVDA on a Windows 10 laptop.
I tried looking for some Micosoft Word templates, but the ones I saw were
all inaccessible.
Any tips would be great.
