[NABS-L] Blind adults age 18-22 needed for paid research study on the experiences and needs of blind individuals in physical education

Hello,

My name is Ally Keene and I am a doctoral student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. I am writing to you to inquire if you would be interested in participating in a study regarding your experiences in PE and opinions of improving PE for blind individuals. The study would consist of a zoom interview to discuss your experiences in physical education. You will be compensated $25 per interview for your time.

Requirements:

  *   Identify as blind (B1 - No light perception in either eye or some light perception with an inability to recognize the shape of a hand at any distance or in any direction)
  *   18 to 22 years old
  *   Attended at least four years of high school and graduated, in the United States
  *   No additional disabilities
  *   Have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone for the interview(s).

All responses will be kept confidential and all information will be reported anonymously. Thank you again for your consideration in participating in this research study.
