Hey hey, NABS nation!

Believe it or not, October is here, and so is our moment to shine brightly. With blind equality and achievement month at its full swing, the NABS Now podcast team and our content creation committee are coming into action in full strengths to highlight you voices this month, but we can’t do this without your help.

Here’s what we’re asking of you to do.

Click on the link below to upload a voice memo of yourself answering the following: what does blind quality and achievement month to you? The production team will handle the rest, and just like that, your voice may be featured in our upcoming bonus episode this month, which could be found under NABS Now podcast anywhere you listen to podcasts.

Any questions? Please let us know and we’ll be ready to assist.

We look forward to hearing all your wonderful voices. Note that all submissions will close on October 10 at 11:59 PM, so act now and fast if you want your voices heard.

Best,
Seyoon

The National Federation of the Blind
knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your
future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low
expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can
live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
