[NABS-L] Confusion with Aira

Hi,
I am having some trouble with Aira, it is telling me to always re-login every time I open the app, both Ira, and Ira Explorer. I’m not sure if anyone else is running into this issue. And I’m also running into an issue where when I call Ira for either of the apps, it says That I have to make my call another time because there’s a high call volume. So I’m not sure if there’s a way to solve this.
