Shane:

Congratulations on stepping up and responding affirmatively to the
call when you were pressed into this position of leadership.

I am sure you will do fine, and it sounds as if a lot of members are
surrounding you to support what needs to happen.

I happen to represent an NFB state affiliate that is just now
contemplating the rebirth of a NABS chapter.  So we are in transition,
too, as most who will undertake this effort in Indiana have never done
it before.  I look forward to working closely together with you and
your colleagues next-door in Ohio to help a new generation of
enthusiastic, blind students grow up and get a solid footing in the
organized blind movement.
