[NABS-L] A Good Way To Convert EPub Files To Txt

Hello all,
For some time, I had been utilizing Codex to convert EPub files to Txt for ease of reading. However, I recently acquired a Windows 11 computer, and for reasons I'm still baffled by, it won't install. So, what are your go to resources for converssion of PDF and EPub etc. I've seen several online free options, but am uncertain of their effectiveness.
