Disability:IN is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2024 NextGen Leadership program, presenting a remarkable opportunity for college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans, to shape their professional journey.

About NextGen Leadership:

Disability:IN NextGen Leadership is comprised of top-tier college students and recent graduates (no earlier than 2022), showcasing immense talent for corporate America. Participants have the chance to connect with leading brands across all industries, fostering invaluable opportunities for growth and networking.

For Mentees: Opportunities for NextGen Leaders:


  *   Meet virtually twice a month for six months with a corporate mentor.
  *   Participate in monthly professional development webinars.
  *   Apply to attend the Disability:IN 2024 Conference on July 12th - 18th in Las Vegas, NV (Must be 21 or over by 7/1/24 to attend). If accepted, all travel costs will be covered.
  *   Receive notifications of various job opportunities with corporate partners throughout the year via a Job Opportunity Digest.
