Hi again, NABS Family,

We’re just one day away from an all new, all-exciting NABS Content Creation
Committee meeting–in fact, it’s the first of the year, and we’re kicking it
off right! In addition to our usual updates, we are excited to bring
forward a discussion centered around how blind people are portrayed in film
and TV as well as how positive or negative portrayals can elevate societal
expectations for the blind or reinforce negative blindness stereotypes. And
of course, it wouldn’t be a discussion without you! So, come one, come all,
and bring your friends to our first meeting of 2024, Sunday, January 14th,
at 8 PM Eastern.
