Salutations!, NABS Fam! Can you believe it’s almost time for another DARE call? We’re so excited for this month’s conversation and we hope you’ll be there to share in it! Hoping you are all having a wonderful week. As we know, no two experiences with blindness are exactly alike—and in our upcoming DARE call, hosted by the NABS Advocacy Committee, we’ll be exploring one powerful way that these experiences can differ. This month’s conversation will focus on the lived realities of individuals who are multiply disabled. We’re proud to welcome three incredible panelists who will speak to their own journeys—sharing not only the obstacles they’ve faced, but also their victories, growth, and insight. Whether you identify as multiply disabled yourself or simply want to learn how to be a more inclusive and informed ally, this call will offer valuable perspective and connection.
