Hi Sidney,
Yes, I have used MyMathLab/Pearson in a previous stats course. It was
incredibly accessible with voiceover on Mac. It takes some time to get the
hang of all the features and how to enter values into the text fields, but
it’s fairly straightforward. As long as your professor allows for it, you
can re-attempt questions if you mistyped something or you just didn’t
understand. I find the example problems really useful for how to solve
problems and how the answers should be entered because you know math. If
it’s not entered correctly, you got it wrong.
The graphs also have alt descriptions, which is really nice. The
drop-down/list boxes also work well. The only real issue you might run into
is if you select the wrong answer from the drop-down it’s not easy to
change it. I usually logged out of the assignment and went back to change
my answers, which is annoying but no Platform is perfect. There were a few
questions where there were no descriptions for the images, but I was able
to get assistance with those by simply asking.
Feel free to reply if you have any other questions about my experience with
Pearson.
Best of luck with your classes and college life in general 🌷
