[NABS-L] Scribe for Documents

Hello, 
Thank you so much. This is actually a really helpful tool. I've never used it, but I'm sure that in the near future, I might get handed something to me that isn't accessible, like PDF'S. 
I'm going to a university this fall. Accessibility has all my accommodations, but still, you never know what you might get yourself into. 
Is there an app for this as well, for your phone?
