Get ready for a fang-tastic evening with the National Association of Blind Students (NABS) Advocacy Committee’s Interpersonal Task Force!
Join us on Sunday, October 19th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern for a Halloween-themed DARE Call that’s all about advocacy — with a spooky twist!
We’ll dive into fun, interactive scenarios around group costumes, trick-or-treating, and Halloween parties — whether they’re on campus, in the workplace, or with friends — to explore how we can make every celebration more inclusive and accessible.
We may even have a few surprise guests joining the fun! And since October is blindness, equality and achievement month, it’s the perfect time to celebrate our achievements while enjoying the season.
When: Sunday, October 19th
Time: 8:00 p.m. Eastern
Where: https://zoom.us/my/blindstudents
Who: Open to all high school students and beyond!
Come for the advocacy, stay for the spooktacularvibes — no tricks, just treats!
Kind regards,
Elizabeth Miner
