The application for the 2026–2027 Together Achieving Dreams (TAD) National
Fellowship Program is now officially live! TAD is a highly selective,
year-long professional development program designed to prepare blind and
low-vision college students and recent graduates for competitive careers in
the private sector. Through mentorship, leadership training, immersive
skill-building, and direct employer engagement, Fellows gain the tools,
confidence, and network needed to transition successfully into meaningful
employment. If you are ambitious, motivated, and ready to invest in your
