Marsha,
    Absolutely do not inform them of the fact that you will be accompanied 
by your guide dog. If they should refuse you, please, by all means, let me 
know. We are gathering evidence of their pattern of discrimination and they 
seem unwilling to work with us to resolve this issue. Therefore, we are 
preparing several complaints against them with the DOJ.
