Craig and Ginger, thanks for your helpful posts.  I really appreciate it.

Carnival is already aware that Josie will be travelling with me.  They are 
supposed to be providing her a sand-type box filled with litter to relieve 
in, so I hope we won't have any trouble on that front.

I also am relieved to hear that you both had such positive experiences with 
your dogs in Nassau.  This helps to put my mind at ease, and Josie is 
relieved to here it's full steam ahead for her vacation in the sun!
