[nagdu] NFB state conventions

Wisconsin's 2009 convention will be in March or April.  We're switching from 
a fall to a spring convention, so they're going to be close together.  I'm 
still recoving from this one, but alas, it's only one year that it will be 
this chaotic.  I'm pretty sure it's going to be the third weekend of March, 
but if you email me off list, I can keep you posted.
