[nagdu] Hello and I have a question!

There very well could be regulations about 
blocking an aisle everybody uses.  It would be a 
fire hazard.  It wouldn't specify guide dogs, no 
one is picking on blind people or their dogs -- 
it is just common sense to have open aisles in crowded public areas!
